Tall Pines 2005

Pat and I made it to the Tall Pines Rally in the town of Bancroft, Ontario again this year. Although it was colder, it was much more entertaining than last year. Last year was drizzling rain, but we were well prepared for the cold this year. And with the snow on the roads, the competitors had more fun as well!

Most of the 36 cars that entered made it past the first spectators area. Last year I think half had already dropped out before making it that far. We had two more chances to see the competitors blast by, throwing snow and rocks in their wake. Lots of fun including an old 1966 Morris Mini Cooper, and a 3 cylinder Subaru Justy.
