Duathlon

Pat and her friend Sue did the Milton Women's Super Sprint Dualthon again this year. (I think Sue went grudgingly). Was a beautiful day and there was a very large turnout. At the end Pat finished 17th in her age group out of 29 entrants. She said she felt very good at the end of the race and could have pushed harder.

Also, Pat mentioned something about competing in all three events next year.
